Proceedings will be sent to the following e-mail address: ibas-con@balikesir.edu.tr in the attached format, in accordance with the spelling rules. The proceedings can be also submitted for online session presentations.
*The proceedings sent for oral presentation to the International Balıkesir Applied Sciences Congress are accepted or rejected after they have been reviewed by the Scientific Board (Referee).
Papers will also be presented in online sessions.
