Congress Fees
- Academics: 2,500 TL
- Undergraduate / Master / PhD Students: 1,500 TL
- International Participants: 50 Euro
- Online Participation: 1,500 TL
- Participation without a Paper: 1,000 TL
Each fee covers participation with one paper; the fees above are per paper.
Certificates of participation are given only to participants who present their paper.
Important: Participants who do not present but request a certificate must pay a separate certificate fee.
For co-authored papers, every author attending and presenting in person must pay the participation fee.
Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
