It is mandatory to both send the payment receipt to the following email addresses: bubyo@balikesir.edu.tr or ibas.con.bubfa@gmail.com, and to complete the registration through the system.
VAT is included in the registration fees.
Congress Registration Fees
- Academics: 2,500 TL
- Undergraduate / Master’s / PhD Students: 1,500 TL
- International Participants: €50
- Attendance Without a Paper Presentation: 1,000 TL
Participants may present one paper within the scope of the applicable registration fee. The fees listed above are charged per paper.
A Certificate of Participation will be issued only to participants who present their papers.
Important Note: Participants who do not present a paper but wish to receive a Certificate of Participation must pay an additional certificate fee, which will be determined separately.
For co-authored papers, each author who will personally attend the congress and present the paper must pay the applicable registration fee.
Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Fee for Attendance Without a Paper Presentation:
The registration fee includes the following services:
- Attendance at paper presentation sessions
- Congress bag
- Coffee break refreshments
Upon request, a Certificate of Attendance may be issued to participants attending the congress without presenting a paper.
