It is mandatory to both send the payment receipt to the following email addresses: bubyo@balikesir.edu.tr or ibas.con.bubfa@gmail.com, and to complete the registration through the system.
- VAT is included in the registration fees.
- Congress Participation Fees:
- In-person Participation (per person): 1500₺
- Online Participation (per person): 1000₺
- Undergraduate and Graduate Students (per person): 1000₺
- Each participant may present up to 2 papers with the standard fee. For each additional paper beyond the first two, an extra fee of 750₺ must be paid.
- Certificates of attendance will only be issued to participants who have paid the registration fee and presented their work. In multi-author studies, co-authors who also pay the fee will receive a certificate as well.
- For joint papers, each participant who will personally attend the congress must pay the participation fee.
- Fees are non-refundable.
