Title Format : All capital letters, bold
- Abstracts must be between 250–300 words.
- Abbreviations must not be used in the abstracts.
- Tables, figures, and references must not be included in the abstracts.
- An informative abstract must be submitted, including the background, objective, methodology, findings, and conclusion of the study.
- It is mandatory that the abstract include the names and surnames of all authors, their institutions, units/departments, cities and countries, e-mail addresses, mobile phone numbers, and required ORCID IDs (Times New Roman font, 10 pt, line spacing 1.0)
- Keywords: Minimum 3, maximum 5.
- Abstracts must be submitted in Word/DOC/DOCX format no later than 1 March 2026 via e-mail toibas-con@balikesir.edu.tr.
If you would like your full papers to be published in the Congress Proceedings Book, following the acceptance of your abstract, you are required to submit your FULL TEXTS together with their similarity reports within the deadline of 1 August 2026 at 17:00 to ibas-con@balikesir.edu.tr.
Full papers with a similarity rate above 30% are not taken into consideration for evaluation.

Section Headings : Initial letters capitalized, remaining letters lowercase, bold
Subheadings : Initial letters capitalized, remaining letters lowercase, bold
Page Length : Minimum 7 pages including references; maximum 20 pages permitted.
- Figures (graphs, maps, tables, photographs) must be provided in JPEG or TIFF format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. The titles of the figures must be placed on the figures themselves. Figures and tables can be formatted in a 10-point font.
- Full Papers must be organized under separate headings such as Abstract, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion and Recommendations, and References.
- Citation Style: APA 6 Style must be used for all citations and references.
- For all authors included in the paper, it is mandatory to provide their full names and surnames, affiliated institution, unit, department, city and country, e-mail addresses, mobile phone numbers, and required ORCID IDs. (Times New Roman font, 10 pt)
- If a manuscript is determined to require revision after review, it will be returned to the author with reviewer comments, and the revised version will be requested within one week.
- The submitting author is responsible for ensuring that publication of the manuscript has been approved by all co-authors and assumes responsibility for the manuscript during the peer-review process.
- As 55% of the participants of the congress are international, the quota for researchers participating from Türkiye is limited. Therefore, applicants are advised to submit their applications at the earliest possible date.
